Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Czech Republic Q3 2023

Throughout the third quarter of 2023, the top navigation and maps apps in the Czech Republic showcased diverse performance trends. Sensor Tower's data provides insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics for these leading applications.

Mapy.cz: maps & navigation saw a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from 21.6K at the end of June and dropping to 15.1K by the end of September. Weekly active users fluctuated slightly, maintaining a range between 278K to 298K during the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a gradual decrease in downloads, beginning at 10.4K in late June and ending at 8K in the last week of September. Active users peaked at over 610K mid-August, before settling at around 531K by the end of the quarter.

Google Maps also saw a decline in downloads, from 12.8K in late June to 7.8K in late September. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 713K to 767K throughout the quarter.

Cyclers: GPS Bike Maps had an interesting trend in weekly revenue, peaking at $6.6K in mid-July before gradually decreasing to $853 by the end of September. Downloads saw a decrease from 3.4K in early July to 1.2K by the end of the quarter, while active users also declined from around 3.2K to 1.3K.

Google Earth maintained a relatively consistent download rate, ranging from 2K to 2.8K downloads. Active users showed a slight dip, starting at 19.3K and ending at 19.2K over the quarter.
